- Administrators: Including Portal Admin and DBT Super Admins, who oversee portal management and data tracking.
User roles are assigned during registration and managed by the Portal Administrator. Access levels vary by role:
- Researchers have access to search and booking functionalities.
- Nodal Officers and PIs manage equipment, bookings, and verifications.
- Technicians assist with equipment maintenance and support.
- The Super Admin Dashboard is accessible only to DBT-appointed administrators and institution administrators who oversee system-wide metrics and management.
Yes, the SAHAJ portal includes data export and reporting features. Metrics like equipment usage, booking trends, payment records, and BRIC Token transactions can be exported (e.g., in CSV format) for analysis and reporting purposes. These features should be tested to ensure accurate data output and compatibility with reporting software.
