Information and images featured on SAHAJ - “Scientific Infrastructure Access for Harnessing Academia University Research Joint Collaboration” Portal are images obtained from inputs from the iBRIC institutes. The information/images may be reproduced free of charge after obtaining proper permission by mailing us. The reproduction of the information and images is to be acknowledged and reproduced accurately and not used in a derogatory manner or a misleading context.

The Portal may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, to provide the services on our behalf, to perform service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our services are used. The information collected may be shared for legal matters if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
The Portal provides a role-based Content Management System for the (a) users (b) Nodal Officers PI and Technical Personnel of equipment/service of the participating institutions and (c) the administrator of the Portal Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India. This CMS helps the website team by providing role-specific access to the administrator panel to different Users for managing the information specifically meant for internal use which will be viewable to all members after the successful login. The Portal management team will be responsible for the overall quality and quantity of information. The Web Administrator will be responsible for overall supervision to ensure that authentic and updated information is available on the website.
The Portal requires a security clearance certificate before hosting any website in its data center. The new website has been audited by a Cert-in empanelled auditor and all the vulnerabilities have been fixed. Upon completion, the security clearance certificate of the cert-in empanelled auditor has been received. The Portal contains information that is freely accessible and may be viewed by any visitor. Accumulated data logs will be scheduled for regular deletion. The Website Privacy Policy details our position regarding the use of personal information provided by visitors.
The Portal has a Website Monitoring Policy in place and is monitored periodically to address and fix the compatibility issues regarding (a) Performance (b) Functionality (c) Broken Links and (d) Feedback from stakeholders.
