iBRIC+

The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, with cabinet approval, has consolidated its Autonomous Institutions (AIs) into a single entity, the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), registered as a Society. BRIC aims to integrate multidisciplinary research, training, and innovation programs across various DBT institutions for maximum impact. It establishes structures that leverage existing strengths, foster systemic collaborations, identify convergent research directions, and set a clear path for translation and asset monetization.

Through the DBT-SAHAJ program, the following institutes provide their research equipment and services via the portal for the research community:
