User must switch ?ON? the instrument 4-5 hours before the usage, so that it can attain the required temperature. Always begin at low extraction level, then slowly increase it. After using, sweep the section waste into the tray and remove it from cryostat chamber. The chamber should be disinfected with UVC in case of infectious samples.
